Dennis Zoppi is the founder and Master Distiller, with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Since 2012, he has been experimenting and producing products for large companies, and now also for small and medium-sized enterprises.

 

Our distillery boasts state-of-the-art processing equipment and extensive knowledge, allowing us to extract and concentrate the highest quality and most aromatic characteristics from raw materials.

 

The result is a liquid of exceptional quality and outstanding aroma. Our specialties include Vermouth, Bitters, Amari, Liqueurs, and Gin. Needless to say, all the products and raw materials we use are carefully selected and of the highest quality. The products we create are the result of meticulous research, determination, and hard work, aimed at enhancing aromatic, olfactory, and gustatory properties, providing a new twist on classic creations.

We study, research, select, experiment, and produce spirits, liqueurs, vermouths, amari, and innovative products.

 

Master Distiller Dennis Zoppi and his team have decided to make their experience and technology available to those who wish to create their own unique product. Our offer is incredibly enticing, with a minimum production order of 500 liters per reference.
